Private Martial Arts Training Sessions 
A program for both adults and children. Each student trains individually in private lessons where they can progress at their own pace. Our unique personal training lessons can be tailored towards students' individual needs and goals. From a cardio-kickboxing workout to a total Kenpo Karate self defense course or a combination of both. Students acquire skills that will give them immediate results. It is a valuable investment that will last for years to come! Lessons can be taken at convenient times to meet your schedule.

*Special prices are available for 2 or more students who prefer to train together in the same class.

Tigers (5-7 year old)
A specialized, fun filled and fast paced learning program created for children 5 to 7 year olds. They will learn the basics of karate while building their self-esteem in a safe environment. We strive to build coordination and basic motor skills and teach courtesy, fair play and a sense of accomplishment.

Dragons Group (8-12 year old)
A program developed for children 8-12 years old teaching them practical self-defense while building a foundation for adulthood in and out of karate by learning self worth, discipline, responsibility  and respect .focus on building strong, powerful basics, fluid movement, and the moral courage to know when and when not to use their skill.  They learn self defense techniques and katas.

Teen Kenpo Group (13-17 year old)
We teach a simple, effective self-defense system emphasizing instinctive movements, practical techniques and realistic training scenarios.

We emphasize  during each class ,the use of karate solely for purposes of defense, never for purposes of aggression. We convey an attitude of respect for the teaching of karate and an understanding of the responsibility that knowledge of karate entails.

Women's Self-Defense
This course is designed to teach awareness, assertiveness, safety strategies and physical techniques that enable a women to successfully prevent, escape and survive violent assaults. Techniques taught are very simple and effective and are based on striking vulnerable target areas. In addition to learning self-defense students, will experience the ultimate physical conditioning workout.

FREE Boy & Girl Scout Safety Group Class
A free safety, self-defense seminars for all boy & girl scouts (Tigers, Daisy etc.) as well as other local organizations and groups. During the class, safety awareness, common sense prevention and easily learned physical self-defense techniques will be taught. Training aids, such as focus mitts and kick shields will be used to teach the effectiveness of hand strikes, kicks and defensive blocks. No special student equipment or uniforms are required. After attending the seminar, students will walk away with skills that will last a lifetime if practiced at home for even just a few minutes a week. Classes are conveniently held at our facility or can be conducted at another location if needed. Seminar sessions are available seven days a week. Adult Kenpo Group
The adult group classes are designed to help the student build the power, speed, balance, timing, accuracy, and flexibility necessary to utilize the self defense techniques. Training aids such a focus mitts and kick shields are used to enhance hand strikes, kicks and defensive skills.  In addition, students will experience the ultimate physical conditioning workout.
